Returns and Right of Withdrawal
How to return a product purchased online.
1. Withdrawal within 14 days
If you purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days from receiving the product. Send a clear statement to arca.srlu@pec.it before the deadline.
2. How to return
After notifying us, return the product within 14 days to ARCA S.R.L., Via Don Federico Tosatto 127, 30174 Venice (VE), Italy. Pack it carefully and retain proof of postage.
3. Return costs
Direct return costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective or the seller agrees otherwise. The seller bears return costs for defective products.
4. Refund
The refund includes payments received and the original standard delivery cost. It is issued within 14 days of the withdrawal notice using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. The seller may withhold it until the goods or proof of return are received.
5. Product condition
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. You are responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and operation.
6. Model withdrawal statement
“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [PRODUCT], ordered on [DATE] and received on [DATE]. Name, address, order number, date and signature (only if sent on paper).”
