Terms and Conditions of Sale
The terms that apply to orders placed through this website.
1. Seller

2. Product
The 3D-printed lamp is available in Standard 24 × 24 cm and XL 34 × 34 cm sizes. Before launch, add materials, power supply, box contents, installation instructions, warnings, manufacturer identification and all applicable safety information.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. Standard: €34.90. The XL size is not yet available for purchase. Before launch, confirm whether prices include VAT and all applicable taxes. Shipping costs must be shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Placing an order
The customer selects a size and completes payment through Stripe. The final button must clearly indicate that the order entails an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when the customer receives order confirmation on a durable medium, subject to availability and successful payment.
5. Delivery
Destinations, delivery times, costs and methods are described on the Shipping page and summarised before payment.
6. Withdrawal and returns
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery as explained in the Returns Policy. Standard and XL products are not considered personalised merely because they are 3D printed. An exclusion applies only to goods genuinely made to individual specifications or clearly personalised.
7. Legal guarantee
Consumers benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity. For a defective or non-conforming product, contact arca.srlu@pec.it. Statutory remedies remain free of charge.
8. Complaints and disputes
Complaints may be sent to arca.srlu@pec.it. Consumers may use an applicable alternative dispute resolution body before going to court. Governing law and jurisdiction do not remove mandatory protections granted by the consumer’s country of residence.
9. Intellectual property
This is an independent, unofficial product. It is not affiliated with, approved or sponsored by the owners of the referenced trademarks. All names, trademarks and references belong to their respective owners.
