2. Data we process

Technical browsing data and, when you purchase, your name, contact details, shipping address, order details and payment-related information. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on this website.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• order, payment, delivery and customer support: performance of a contract;
• tax, accounting and legal compliance: legal obligation;
• website security and fraud prevention: legitimate interest;
• marketing communications: only with consent, if introduced in the future.

4. Recipients

Where necessary, data may be shared with Stripe, the hosting provider, carriers, tax advisers and public authorities when required by law. Stripe’s own privacy notice applies during checkout.

5. Retention

Order data is kept for the time required to perform the contract and subsequently for the periods required by tax and accounting law. Support requests are kept only as long as necessary to handle them and protect legal rights.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers must rely on an adequacy decision or GDPR safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. The providers actually used must be verified and listed here.

7. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing by writing to arca.srlu@pec.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

This website currently uses no profiling or marketing cookies. Any technical tools are used only to provide and secure the service. Stripe’s notice applies to its external checkout. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking is added, this policy and the consent mechanism must be updated first.
